 | When is the best time to visit the Lower North Shore? |
It depends on what you want to see. Many of the attractions are seasonal, and the exciting different ways of accessing the Lower North Shore also depend on the time of year. For example, you can see icebergs in spring and early summer, but the best time for whale-watching is summer and fall. In summer, the wildflowers are at their peak, museums are open, and boat tours are possible. Berry-picking is best in late summer or early fall. In the winter, travel by snowmobile and other winter tourism activities are exciting possibilities. |
